Prewarmth the oven to 350 degrees F. slightly lubricate ten goods in a standard 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spatter either line with paper liners.

In a big bowl, blend along the applesauce, honey, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. In a else bowl, blend along the whole wwarmth flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and sat.

Share evenly among the muffin cups, filling every almost to the top. Strew the tops with coarse sugar, supposing desired. Prepare in oven for 18 to 22 mins, till a toothtake inserted in the middle comes out clean. Take away from the oven and place the muffin tin on a wire rack to cool for ten mins, then carefully take away the muffins from the pan (run a butter knife around the edges supposing the muffins are sticking) and allow them cool completely on the wire rack.
